1. No Physical Products
BoardAndBrief does not sell or ship any physical products. All services — academic writing (research proposals, SOPs, assignment writing, plagiarism removal) and embedded systems engineering (firmware, circuit diagrams, technical documentation) — are delivered entirely digitally.
No physical shipping, courier, or logistics services are involved in the fulfillment of any BoardAndBrief service.
2. How Deliverables Are Sent
- Completed work is delivered via email, as file attachments (PDF, Word, code files, or ZIP archives depending on the service).
- For larger files, a secure download link is provided instead of a direct attachment.
- A confirmation email is sent once the deliverable has been sent, along with a summary of what was delivered.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the time of quote confirmation, based on the scope and deadline selected during project intake (via the Contact form or the Start a Project wizard).
A 50% deposit is required before work begins; the remaining 50% is due upon delivery, before final files are released. See the Terms & Refund Policy for full payment terms.
Typical turnaround ranges from 24 hours to 2 weeks depending on the service and complexity — exact timelines are always confirmed in writing before work starts.
4. If a Delivery Is Delayed
If a deliverable is not received within the agreed timeframe, please contact us at contact@boardandbrief.com or via WhatsApp for an immediate status update.
In the rare case that BoardAndBrief is unable to deliver any portion of the agreed scope, the Refund Policy (see Terms & Refund Policy) applies.
5. Policy Updates
BoardAndBrief reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your project agreement governs that engagement. The most current version is always available at this URL.
